In 2003 Mickel Zuidhoek brought his 20 years of building and renovation experience from New Zealand to Vermont and founded Phoenix Hill Renovations. Since then he has been providing quality renovation and construction services throughout Southern Vermont and neighboring New York State. He has also taken his services to Washington DC, Virginia and Rhode Island. Phoenix Hill Renovations is knowledgable and skilled in all phases of construction, renovation and general contracting but have a special passion for renovation of older structures. Phoenix Hill prides itself on renovations and construction that stays true to the building's period and existing craftsmanship. We are available for both large and small jobs - from interior carpentry, floors, doors, etc. to exterior work including roofing, and complete room additions.
